As a returning customer, you have the security of knowing we will continue to give you professional, quality results and we know that you have come back to us because you are a satisfied client - everyone wins!Your 2nd Office rewards you for coming back to us by giving you a 5% discount on all projects of $500/month or more.
Monthly Retainer Program
This is the perfect arrangement when you need regular, ongoing support but not a full time person. In this program you still have the flexibility of determining when the time will be used along with the security of knowing that you have someone ready to take care of you when you need it.
- two month minimum required and signed retainer agreement
- payment must be received 5 business days prior to the start of the calendar month
- a log of all work is maintained and provided with your invoice
- unused hours do not rollover into the next month
- additional hours beyond the retained number of hours will also be credited the discount amount
